Born and raised in Germany, Cristina has built her career on both sides of the table, investing and operating.
Driven by an early interest in healthcare, she focused on advising clients across health sectors at The Boston Consulting Group before going operational within healthtech: First, leading a German health startup, then joining Kry in Sweden, where she led international expansion and, as VP Operations, helped drive the company’s growth and scaling. Cristina later became Partner responsible for the Nordics at Picus Capital, a German early-stage investor, and most recently served as COO at Genova AI, an AI product studio.
Having also lived and studied in France, the US, and Argentina, she now calls the Nordics home by choice. Outside of work, Cristina enjoys being outdoors, any form of physical activity or, when her kids allow, long conversations over a glass of wine.
