Enabled by substantial proprietary software, Kaisa evolved from a simple call tracking product into a full customer engagement platform, providing online marketplaces and automotive OEMs the most efficient solution for managing millions of customer interactions.

When Inventure invested as the first VC into the company, Kaisa was a small Uppsala-based startup, that had just attracted four tier-1 customers. Many of those early partners are still with them over a decade later as Kaisa expanded throughout Europe and brought in lighthouse customers in marketplaces and automotive. The business has delivered consistent performance and, in recent years, very healthy profits.
