We set out to find someone to own our fund infrastructure and firm-wide operations. Someone who understands the moving parts of finance, operations, venture, while also being as obsessed about people and culture as we are. Someone who can help build the absolute best product for Nordic and Baltic founders.
As we met plenty of people, it became clear that exactly one person brought together everything we were looking for. We’re just delighted Cristina Koehn wanted to join us.
We first got to know Cristina when she was Partner & Head of the Nordics at Picus Capital. Just prior to joining Inventure, Cristina was freelancing and working at Genova AI, a venture studio looking to build delightful products around AI. Earlier in her career, she was VP Operations at Kry, Europe’s largest digital health provider.
At Inventure it’s our job to find the few that can benefit the many. In her first weeks, she’s been a role model in rolling up her sleeves and knocking out extremely complex tasks. Cristina is an ex-consultant, operator, and VC. But foremost, she’s someone we all want to spend time with while rebuilding this playbook.
